Synopsis:
The Titans witness the destruction of a New York City bridge and rush to help. They rescue several motorists and make temporary repairs. The bridge hit by terrorists seeking to free Zandia, now that Brother Blood has been exposed. The terrorists strike again first at a rail yard, then by destroying a dam. The Titans act quickly to minimize the damage and apprehend the perpetrators. One terrorist escapes and tries to drive a bomb into a nuclear plant. Nightwing is able to talk her into surrendering before she can detonate the bomb.
