Synopsis:
Aqualad and Mera are brushed off by Aquaman and an alien girl. When they confront the Sea King, the girl demonstrates powers greater than Mera's, chasing them away. Aqualad and Mera follow Aquaman and his new friend, discovering that it is not Aquaman at all. Aquaman has been replaced by an alien changeling.
Mera rescues the real Aquaman, while the aliens make peace with Aqualad. Suddenly more aliens arrive seeking the original alien pair. Aquaman and Mera protect the aliens, but eventually Aquaman, Aqualad, and the alien male are captured.
The three captives are taken aboard the alien ship, which blasts off into space. Then they are released in space capsules to drift in space. Aquaman manages to get back on board the alien ship and defeat the crew. Aquman and Aqualad return to Earth, allowing the alien pair to return into space with the ship.
