Synopsis:
A detective tracks down Clark Kent whom he believes is Arthur Harmon, the lost son of a millionaire. Arthur was lost as a baby and was believed to have been found along the road just as Clark was. To protect his own secret origin, Clark allows authorities to believe that he really is Arthur.
Clark is given a mansion and an allowance, but he refuses to spend any of the money. He knows the money is not really his, so he doesn't want to waste it. Clark's behavior earns him a reputation as a miser.
Superboy then conducts his own search for the real Arthur which eventually succeeds. Arthur takes over the mansion, and Clark happily goes back to his old life.
