Synopsis:
The Blackhawks try to capture the Dragon, a costume thief who steals coin collections. However, the Dragon uses an alien creature with amazing powers to prevent Blackhawk from capturing him. Blackhawk deduces the creature's vulnerability to water, so the team uses water pistols to neutralize the creature. The Dragon is captured, and the creature is returned to its alien owner, who then leaves Earth.
