Synopsis:
Doctor Light returns, challenging Green Lantern to a duel. Using newly creating light weapons he battles and defeats the Emerald Gladiator.

Green Lantern recovers and saves himself from a trip to the center of the Earth. He tracks down Dr. Light, while Pieface fills in for Hal Jordan at an awards ceremony. Green Lantern finally defeats his opponent by using the Doppler Effect to shift a yellow-light creation to one composed of red-light. By masking the weakness of his power ring, GL is able to prevail.
