Synopsis:
After his release from prison, Chuck Cullen recovers some rare coins that he stole that were never found by police. The designs on the coins suddenly come to life and tell Cullen that they were enchanted by the famous sorcerer Simon Magus. The coin creatures then help Cullen with a series of robberies.
Green Lantern attempts to stop the creatures, but his power ring is unable to affect them. Unable to defeat them, GL switches his mind with that of one of the creatures. The coin creatures then take him inside his own power ring to the world inhabited by Myrwydden.
Myrwydden has constructed a wind-organ capable of reproducing his own voice. Using the organ he was able to cast spells and animate the coins. Once the wizard's plan is revealed, Green Lantern returns to his own body and defeats Myrwydden. He then uses his ring to erase the wizard's memory, leaving him trapped inside the power ring.
