Synopsis:
Lester McBane, a Smallville boy, sets out to become a tycoon. Using shrewd business deals and underhanded tricks, Lester is able to make huge profits from the other boys in town. Superboy tries to get Lester to deal fairly, but he can't convince the boy tycoon to change his ways.

Superboy then goes undercover as Clark Kent to learn Lester's plans. When he learns that Lester is planning on building a kid-sized railroad, Superboy buys up all the iron spikes in town. He then offers them to Lester at inflated prices. Lester realizes that Superboy is using his own tactics against him. He promises to correct his unfair business practices. Superboy then helps Lester build his railroad.
