Synopsis:
When Duke Dunner learns that Superboy is scheduled to lay the cornerstone of a new building, he plans to put Kryptonite inside. First however, he needs to locate some Kryptonite, so he sends his men to learn the location of any meteors. Superboy deduces that the crooks are trying to get Kryptonite to use against him, so he uses a variety of tricks to prevent them from finding any.

Superboy then allows Dunner to find some fake Kryptonite. When he pretends to be weakened by it, the crooks try to rob a bank. Superboy then apprehends the gang and reveals his trick.
