Synopsis:
Superboy has promised to help the ten poorest families in Smallville. A swindler named Jeff, pretends to be poor so that Superboy will construct a home for him and provide him with a source of income. Superboy uncovers the scheme and gets back at Jeff by constructing him an even bigger dream home. The new dream house however is sabotaged by Superboy, forcign Jeff out. The experience causes Jeff to go straight and become a salesman.
