This story has been recycled from the first story of Action Comics #162.

Synopsis:
After stopping a tornado, Superman encounters a cloud creature that residents of Metropolis begin calling "It". It consumes several objects including cars. Superman deduces that it goes after objects colored green. Superman coats himself with green paint and enters the creature. He discovers another dimension inhabited by other such creatures. By whirling counter-clockwise, Superman returns to Earth. Superman then lures the creature with green plants and reverses It's spin. It returns to its own dimension.
