Synopsis:
Captain Comet stops a tyrannosaurus from attacking a museum. He investigates to learn where the dinosaur originated. He learns that Dr. Philador from Capitol City has created a machine that reverses evolution. Captain Comet searches for Philador, but he is struck by the devolver machine. Though he is turned into an ape, he retains some of his advanced intelligence. Captain Comet then defeats Philador and finds a way to reverse the effects of the evolution device.
