Synopsis:
Oliver Queen is attacked on the street by three muggers. He fights them off, but one of them shoots him with a crossbow. Oliver gets medical attention, then he calls Green Lantern for help. Oliver recognizes the arrow he was shot with as one of his own, and Speedy is missing.
Green Arrow and Green Lantern track down one of the muggers, a junkie named Chucky. They apprehend his supplier, then track down the other two muggers. Roy Harper is with them. Green Arrow assumes that he was working undercover to catch the crooks.
Next the heroes follow the trail of the drugs to a private airstrip. They bust in on a pair of smugglers, but the junkies surprise the heroes and knock them out. The smugglers then dose Ollie and Hal with drugs and call the police. Roy arrives in time to get the heroes to safety until the drugs wear off. Green Arrow is disgusted by the junkies. Then he discovers that Roy is one too.
