Synopsis:
The JSA meet an injured man with amnesia who remembers only that he has knowledge of a 20-year old murder case. The JSA split up to investigate clues about the case in which Rob Victor killed Tim Kimball. The JSA learns that Victor was drunk and shot Kimball. The D.A. who prosecuted Victor disappeared soon after Victor was sent to prison.
Following the clues, the JSA are attacked by thugs working for a gangster named Big Hunk. Another man in a red hood seems to be involved too, as he attacks witnesses. Still, the JSA uncovers several clues important to the case.
Finally, the JSA gathers all the living witnesses including the man in the hood together. The hooded man is revealed as Victor, the accused killer, who escaped from jail. Putting together the clues, the JSA prove that Hengast Kimball, Tim's cousin, framed Victor. The amnesia victim turns out to be Kimball himself, having escaped death. Victor is cleared and vows to live as friends with Kimball.
