Synopsis:
Gangsters ambush the ambassador of Bolivinia before his meeting with the governor. One of the crooks the poses as the ambassador for his appointment. Lee Travis is leaving a meeting with the governor when the phony ambassador arrives. He realizes the man is an imposter, so he intervenes as the Crimson Avenger. The Crimson exposes the fraud and foils the gang's plot to kidnap the governor. Following the incident the governor agrees to improve his own security.
