Synopsis:
The Titans visit Mother Mayhem and her newborn daughter in the hospital. Then they resume their civilian lives. Unlike most of the others, Raven stays in the city where she is drawn to a murder scene by powerful emotions. She learns that Phobia is involved. The villain is using her powers to induce powerful fear in her victims causing heart attacks.
After two men inline to become U.N. ambassadors are killed, Raven deduces Phobia's next target, Lord Hawkins. When Phobia arrives to kill him, she learns that the man she was sent to kill is her own father. She blames him for casting her out of the family, but Hawkins explains that is was her own vile nature that caused her to be shunned by the family. Phobia breaks down, and Hawkins offers to get her help. Raven then returns to Titans Tower and marks the file on Phobia closed.
