Synopsis:
Green Lantern is confronted by the diminutive foe named Mind Games who uses his mental powers to affect Hal's mind. Hal has a vision of killing the worst members of his rogues gallery including Sinestro in a wave of Hatred. He then experiences terrific guilt over his action. Next Mind Games triggers a feeling of jealous rage which causes Hal to turn against the Green Lantern Corps. Hal then is overcome by a feeling of passion for Star Sapphire.
Finally Mind Games attempts to affect Hal uses fear. His power then fails him, proving that Hal is indeed without fear. Green Lantern snaps out of the illusion, then easily bests Mind Games. After delivering the crook to the police, Hal questions his ring about his lack of fear and is pulled inside the ring.
