Synopsis:
While the Martian Manhunter, Rocket Red, Barda, and Gnort pursue the ship of Manga Khan through space to rescue the captive Mister Miracle, Batman leads a team to Bialya to uncover the new secret weapon of Colonel Rumaan Harjavti. Blue Beetle and Booster Gold are captured after the team's cover is blown. Harjavti then unveils his new weapon, Wandjina, the former super-hero of an alien world who came to Earth to rid the world of nuclear weapons. As Harjvati introduces Wandjina on stage in front of his people, the alien suddenly kills him under the orders of Queen Bee, who appoints herself ruler of Bialya.
