Synopsis:
A crook known as Aladdin gives Pat Dugan a lamp. Dugan takes the lamp home where it starts a fire. Aladdin and his men use the fire as a distraction to rob the Pemberton house. The Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy interrupt the robbery, but the crooks escape.

Aladdin uses several more lamps for crime, robbing wealthy men. The Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy finally trace the crooks, but then they are nearly killed. They survive and return to action. This time the Star-Spangled Kid prevails, and the crooks are caught.
