Synopsis:
Captain Atom returns to New York to answer for the problems faced by the Justice League Europe. While the Captain is away, Metamorpho is confronted by Sapphire Stagg his former wife. The Element Man claims to have no memory of Sapphire since his resurrection during the Invasion. She reveals to him that after Rex was presumed dead, she had his child and married Java. Rex does remember Java who coincidentally arrives at the embassy looking for his wife. A fight ensues between Metamorpho and Java. Captain Atom returns to the embassy with a vote of confidence from Max Lord. He breaks up the fight. In the aftermath, Sapphire leaves the embassy with Java and her father, while Metamorpho stays behind to contemplate the state of his marriage.
