Synopsis:
Catherine Cobert arranges a tour of the Paris embassy for a group of school children. During the tour, a mangy cat using the teleporter to get into the embassy from New York. Also, an art thief Jean-Jean DeJean tries to steal valuable artwork on display in the embassy lobby. The cat creates mischief by triggering an advanced threat in the training room and summoning the Justice League America team with a red alert. Eventually, the cat attacks DeJean and stops him from robbing the embassy. Catherine spins the incident to make the press believe that events were staged for the children. Power Girl decides to keep the cat.
