The Extremist Vector Part One
This story continues in Justice League Europe #16.
Synopsis:
Blue Jay seeks asylum at the Justice League embassy in Moscow following his escape from a meta-human holding facility. Metamorpho is called to assist. He finds that Blue Jay has been recaptured by bureau chief Boris Razumihin. Metamorpho stops the abduction.
Elsewhere, the Silver Sorceress has returned to her homeworld which has been completely destroyed by a group of villains known as the Extremists. The villains detect the Sorceress and attack her. They eventually learn from her how to reach Earth. Using Blue Jay as a focal point, the villains arrive in Moscow and easily defeat Metamorpho. They send him back to Paris in the transporter tube as a message to the rest of the League.
