Synopsis:
Khnathaiti casts a spell which awakens the great worm Anu from slumber. The worm begins threatening Skartaris and opens a rift between dimensional planes. Morgan and Aoife witness people and objects enter Skartaris from another dimension including Ishum, the former herald of the god Ea. Ishum explains that Anu created the universe and was destined to destroy it one day. However, Khnathaiti has awoken the worm earlier than fated causing the entire universe to be put in jeopardy. Ishum then joins Travis Morgan and Aoife on a quest to retrieve the horn of Ea which will return the worm to slumber.
In Shamballah, Jennifer summons Shakira to help defend the city. She also seeks a way to stop Khnathaiti through magic. Also Tara's spirit tries to contact Morgan, but she is intercepted by Khnathaiti who places her in a caravan that will take her to the god Yk'kphat.
