Synopsis:
While aboard a fishing yacht with Dian Belmont, Sandman rescues the son of scientist Elbert Hudson. The elder Hudson is in the process of being kidnapped by foreign agents. Sandman rescues Hudson and escapes from a foreign destroyer with the help of the timely aid of U.S. military planes.
