Synopsis:
Green Arrow is outraged after discovering Speedy is a junkie. After an argument they part ways. Green Arrow heads back to the airport where the drug deal went down. He is directed to a yacht owned by the head of the smuggling operation. However, he falls into a trap.
Meanwhile, Green Lantern checks up on Speedy and learns of his addiction. He brings Roy to Dinah Lance for recovery, then seeks out the smugglers. He finds and helps Green Arrow, then they take down the drug runners together.
Later, the heroes watch the funeral of one of Roy's junkie friends who died of an overdose. Speedy and Dinah arrive. Roy reveals to have kicked his habit after only a few days by going cold turkey. He punches Green Arrow whom he blames for his addiction, then storms off. Green Arrow is proud.
