Synopsis:
Starfire is arrested for the murder of a man believed to be the Wildebeest. Nightwing investigates the death of the man, Jonathan Surrey and determines that Starfire's starbolt was not responsible for his death. While investigating the case, Raven begins falling in love with Dick. Her empathic abilities cause him to react, and they share a kiss.
Nightwing eventually tracks down the real Wildebeest who runs a large corporation. The two engage in battle. Nightwing is thrown off a ledge, but Raven is there to save him. Despite the fact that the Wildebeest escapes, Nightwing obtains enough evidence to prove Starfire's innocence.
