Synopsis:
The Titans are called in to help solve three mysterious crimes involving the theft of valuable items from the homes of millionaires. When three more robberies are reported simultaneously, the Titans split up to catch the crooks. Danny Chase joins Nightwing against the Silver Fog. Cyborg, Changeling, and Wonder Girl tangle with the Gentleman Ghost. Starfire, Raven, and Jericho encounter I.Q., Ira Quimby.
While the heroes fail to capture the villains, they stop the crimes. Nightwing and the others are confused by these three villains working together. Despite his feeling that he is missing something, Nightwing agrees to set a trap for the villains.
The three villains strike at a museum to steal a gold chalice. The Titans are hiding in the museum waiting for them to strike. It then becomes apparent that the crooks are not working together, the timing of the crimes was coincidence. Danny suggests letting them fight one another.
The Ghost, I.Q., and the Fog fight in the museum while the Titans watch. When the Titans finally move in, they easily capture I.Q., but the other two disappear without a trace.
