Synopsis:
Foreign diplomat Robert Blanco comes to America with five million dollars in diamonds. He intends to sell the diamonds to raise money for his country's war effort. When his plane lands, Robert is met by kidnappers and taken prisoner.

Lee Travis sees the kidnapping and traces the car used by the kidnappers. Unfortunately it leads to a dead end. He then remembers that crook Sammy the Swell has a history with gems. He uses a fake newspaper story to draw Sammy from hiding, then as the Crimson Avenger he rescues Blanco and the diamonds.
