Synopsis:
Lee Travis attends a boxing match and witnesses a young fighter knocked out by Muscles Moran, his opponent. Later, the kid becomes blind. At Moran's next fight, Lee sees Muscles use chemicals on his gloves that cause his opponent's eyes to water. Muscles then knocks him out.

The Crimson Avenger then answers a challenge to meet Muscles in the ring. The crook and the gang realize that the Avenger has discovered their trick. They try to flee, but the hero prevails and turns the crooked fighter over to police.
