Synopsis:
Lee Travis is framed by smuggler Silk Masters after his men plant evidence in Lee's safe. Travis is given 24 hours to clear his name. Masters is posing as an explorer who has brought back an octopus from overseas. The Crimson Avenger visits the aquarium where the octopus is kept and discovers that Masters is smuggling jewels into the country attached to the octopus tentacles. The Avenger apprehends the smugglers and clears Travis.
