Synopsis:
The Justice League waits outside Bialya air space for the three aliens to leave the country. Blue Jay, Silver Sorceress, and Wandjina eventually head to Russia to destroy the Soviet nuclear arsenal. The Justice League pursues them into Russia's airspace where they encounter the Rocket Red Brigade. A fight ensues.
Max Lord contacts Gorbachev and arranges for the League to assist the Soviets. The Rocket Reds receive their new orders and break off the fight with the League. Together they catch up to the aliens at a nuclear facility which is melting down. Wandjina enters the facility and shuts down the reactor. He prevents a nuclear disaster, but falls from radiation poisoning.
The injured alien and his two compatriots are then taken into Soviet custody. The League returns home where they find Max Lord waiting in their headquarters with Booster Gold.
